Any booking can be canceled and fully refunded only within 24 hours of purchase.

Are children under a certain age free?

Yes! All children 2 and under are free.

What happens if the weather is terrible?

In case of heavy rain, we will cancel all tours.  You will be notified as soon as possible and your booking will be refunded in full.

Are there same-day reservations?

Sorry, but we don’t do same day bookings.  There is a minimum 1 day advance notice required, and this is reflected in our booking system.

What should we bring with us?
We live on a farm high in the mountains within a rain forest! Please wear shoes you don’t mind getting dirt or mud on (boots are a great choice).  Also, please bring a jacket or sweater in case of weather changes and an umbrella if you have one, although we have a few umbrellas here.  You are welcome to bring lettuce, carrots, bananas or apples as a treat to feed the animals – they love them!
Do you offer gluten-free food?

Sorry, but we do not offer a gluten-free menu at this time.

Are there restrooms on site?

There is a restroom on site, but please be aware that it is a porta-potty.
