Are children under a certain age free?

For Country Style Teatime & Petting Zoo Tour only:  Children aged 3 and under are free, but please note that they are not counted in the place setting arrangement and will be considered a lap child.  The minimum amount of people required for a teatime table will remain the same regardless of children that are free.

For the Farm/Petting Zoo Tour only:  Children aged 2 and under are free.

What happens if the weather is terrible?

All reservations will still be in operation regardless of rain unless extreme weather makes it impossible to operate your tour.

Can we bring food for the animals?

You are welcome to bring any types of fruit or vegetables to feed to the animals.

Are there same-day reservations?

Sorry, but we don’t do same day bookings.  There is a minimum 1 day advance notice required, and this is reflected in our booking system.

What should we bring with us?
We live on a farm high in the mountains within a rain forest! Please wear shoes you don’t mind getting dirt or mud on (boots are a great choice).  Also, please bring a jacket or sweater in case of weather changes and an umbrella if you have one, although we have a few umbrellas here.  You are welcome to bring lettuce, carrots, bananas or apples as a treat to feed the animals – they love them!
Do you offer gluten-free food?

Sorry, but we do not offer a gluten-free menu at this time.

Are there restrooms on site?

There is a restroom on site, but please be aware that it is a porta-potty.
